A Closer Look at Nano Energiser … How does It help to Restore Engines?

The nano technology product Nano Energiser is ideal for vehicles with internal combustion engines.  This oil additive helps to restore engines by adding a ceramic coating of worn-out surfaces of engine parts.  The resulting effects are restored engine power, fuel savings, less noise and vibration. How soon will this Oil Additive work?

Ceramic coating i.e. Zirconium Dioxide also called Zirconia seems to be the most appropriate ceramic material engine metal surface coating.  One of the reasons is that it has a lower thermal conductivity than other ceramic materials. The melting point of Zirconia is 2700 °C which is higher than the working temperature of any working engine. With Nano Energiser, the nano sized Zirconia powder is coated in a nano coating of platinum and emulsified in mineral oil.  This gives extra stickiness, so the cracks get filled in by this inorganic technology.

Nano Energiser is brought by piston movement to all working surfaces of the engine during its operation.  As a result of the heat generated during normal operation of the engine, the ceramic powder attached to the engine surface is gradually cured. When the ceramic coating is completely cured, it will form a hard and smooth surface on the working components of the engine.   As the nano ceramic powders are in liquid form, it is brought to any working surface including cylinder walls, piston rings, piston top, valve tops, bearing surfaces etc.

How do I use it?

For best results, change the oil before applying our product, or apply it after a service.

  1. Warm up the engine.
  2. Shake the sachet vigorously/10 times.
  3. Open the oil cap and check the dipstick to make sure there’s room in the reservoir to take the 30ml treatment.
  4. Pour the contents of the sachet into the oil reservoir.
  5. Replace the cap and turn off the engine.
